Welcome to your morning/ evening stretch to help you ease into or out of your day. 

The above video is just over 15 minutes. Grab a mat, towel or blanket and a cushion or two and join me for this gentle stretch suitable for absolutely all ages and levels. Remember to listen to your body and make adjustments so this routine serves you well. Enjoy!
